Semi-Private Training

  • Ages: 10+
  • Workout with friends or teammates in a supportive small group environment
  • All participants will receive:
    • 1 Free Phone or Video Consultation with Coach Julien Brown
    • Individual Functional Assessment and Program Design
    • Training frequency: 2-3 x per week

Youth Athletic Development

  • Ages: 10-14
  • Group classes that are geared toward helping improve performance, and injury reduction while creating lifelong lovers of sport/fitness. | Capacity = 8-16 participants
  • Participants will learn:
    • Proper running mechanics
    • Development of key movement patterns
    • Introduction to Jump training
    • Speed and Agility training
    • Age-appropriate resistance training fundamentals

Group/Team High Performance

  • Ages: 14+
  • In-seson and off-season programs for Jr-Sr teams. | Capacity = 8-16 participants
  • Participants wil receivel:
    • Advance Jumping metrics
    • Advanced Speed metrics
    • Individual Functional Assemenent
    • Specialized training program

1 On 1 Training

  • Ages: 10+
  • Tailored sessions that focus on your specific goals
  • As a participant you will receive:
    • 1 Free Phone or Video Consultation with Coach Julien Brown
    • Functional Assessment and Program Design
    • Training frequency: 2-3 x per week
